Games and events are to be conducted in the spirit of fair play, honesty, and mutual enjoyment. Cheating or intentionally disrupting play is prohibited. Respect the rights of creators and artists. OSR CON supports original art, writing, and creative contributions. Unauthorized reproduction or sale of copyrighted material is not permitted.

Safety & Responsibility

Follow all venue rules and staff instructions for the safety and well-being of all participants. Illegal substances, and dangerous items are not permitted. Report concerns immediately to OSR CON staff or volunteers so issues can be addressed quickly.

Community & Conduct

Be mindful of your language and behavior, both in person and online. Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere where newcomers and veterans alike can enjoy old-school gaming. Remember that you represent the OSR gaming community—act with integrity and kindness.

The views, opinions, and content expressed by individual game masters, vendors, or third-party participants at OSR CON are solely their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of OSR CON, Galahad Games, or its organizers. OSR CON does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any statements, products, or materials presented by independent participants.

Enforcement & Liability

OSR CON reserves the right to remove, without refund, any individual found in violation of this Code of Conduct. Attendance at OSR CON is voluntary, and participants assume all risks associated with convention activities. Galahad Games, event organizers, and the venue are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or damages incurred during the event.
